Os funcionários (ou a falta deles no check in). Além de quando deu o horário do check out, eu optei por pagar uma taxa para o late checkout. Porém a funcionária conseguiu bater na porta como se tivesse que acordar o prédio todo. Depois ao avisar ela que iria optar pelo late checkout, ela não tinha troco, e ficou exigindo que eu fosse embora. Então pedi para pagar no cartão, e durante os 10 minutos que tentei efetuar o pagamento (bancos do Brasil solicitam autorização às vezes) ela continuou a bater à porta e gritar para que eu fizesse o check out. Consegui fuçar na mochila e entregar o dinheiro trocado para ela, e ainda sim ela continuou sendo estupida e grossa. Do primeiro ao último momento. Infelizmente ela estragou ainda mais o que já não estava bom. Quartos não tão bem limpos. Além do maior absurdo de não ter um filtro de água, uma garrafa de água ou uma máquina pra comprar água. Se passou não comprou antes de entrar vai passar sede.
