We mochten hotel niet meer in omdat check in blijkbaar van 15:00 uur tot 19:00 uur was. We waren 45min te laat. Onvriendelijke personeel via chat en dachten niet mee in oplossingen om misschien verblijf om te boeken naar volgende dag. Telefoon werd niet opgenomen en moeilijk bereikbaar.
