La Ripa Camere Vernazza - The Spinnaker Suite

One of the most beautiful views ever from the terrace! The host was extremely accommodating with all of our request. He was also always readily available via WhatsApp. Clean space with all the needed amenities!

The terrace on the property is what really makes it special. A wonderful view and a perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the Cinque Terre. The sound of the waves adds to the relaxation.

No complaints overall. The room is a little small which can't be helped and little tight when two people are reorganizing their suitcases:)

- The terrace was fabulous: gorgeous location, exclusive for the property - We travelled for our anniversary and they kindly gave us a bottle of chilled local white wine which was delicious - Location is perfect in Vernazza (although does require you to carry luggage up narrow, stepped streets so worth bearing in mind) - The location is at the start of the trail from Vernazza to Corniglia - Clean facilities - Air con - Drinks in fridge free of charge - Able to leave luggage at the fish shop (their other business) on our final day

The room itself is extremely small without much room to unpack. There were about 6 hangers but you were immediately greeted by the double bed when you opened the front door, with just enough room to walk around it if you're slim. This isn't a problem if you're not spending lots of time in the room but if you do plan on doing so then it's a consideration.

THE BALCONY!!! WOW!! What an amazing view, it made our stay in Vernazza so special. Enjoyed escaping the busy streets and relax in our own terrace with spectacular views. The host also left us welcome drinks in the fridge. There was great bathroom facilities and extras. Would 100% recommend.

The room is on the smaller size but it had everything we needed, space was well thought out, and the bathroom was a great size. We were mainly in the terrace as the views were stunning we didn't want to be inside.

The view and terrace is beautiful, but has a separate door outside the room and is not connected to the room you stay in. The room was clean but super tiny as everyone mentioned. Would not recommend!

Both check-in and check-out were not pleasant. We arrived on a rainy day. We informed the host two hours ahead on our arrival when we would be there (as he asked for). When we arrived there were no one to meet us. We texted and got no response. Called and was told to wait (outside in the rain) because they were busy with other check-ins. Finally the host came 30 min later and was giving a super stressful and quick introduction, and we just felt it was not inviting or pleasant at all. Only said hi to me, and totally ignored my husband. Not a better situation when we left. In general we would definitely not recfomand staying at this place, and not recommend staying in this town as it is over crowded with tourists, prices are much higher that elsewhere, and you littleraly have to pay for everything (bowworing a toilet, watching the view etc), with pretty bad costumer service in most places. There are also just small supermarkets that also are overpriced. Come visit for the day if you like. Lots of wird things with the accommodation as well: - hot shower lasting very short - water in sink sprouting in all directions - super intens smell that we had to move - a tv that is placed on the side of the wall which makes it impossible to watch from bed (only place to sit in the room) - only few hengers for your clothes. Rest has to go under the bed to make space. - the locks on the doors are super hard to open - we also didn't get room service the first day and had to ask for it.

Great room and location! Lots of stairs to get to location but definitely manageable.

The location was perfect and some small attentions in the room and clean towels every day. Helpful staff.

The description was very misleading and there was no view from the very small room; The terrasse was super but NOT ATTATCHED TO THE ROOM and this was not specified in the ad, ONLY when you have paid. The weather did not permit us to profit from the amazing view because not adjacent to the room. Shame no microwave. Hot water for approximately 1 minute.
