"Great onsen room and delicious meals"

One of the best onsen ryokan experiences. The premium onsen rooms were great, with two toilets which is a big plus. I didn’t notice this while booking. The ryokan perhaps can advertise this more prominently. The dinner and breakfasts were delicious and service highly efficient. Lovely stay in the Yudanaka area.

Nothing, it is one of the few onsen ryokans I will visit again, perhaps in winter time for the Jigokudani Monkey Park.

"A great stay for Snow Monkey business."

Location for access to the Snow Monkey Park (a few minutes by taxi). Also, one of the only hotels that had decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast restaurant and in guest lounge (but not in bedrooms). As I need decaffeinated drinks this was a big plus for me. The private outdoor Onsen (for a charge), on the roof was nice if you don’t like to use public baths
