Nice people

We were not allowed to stay as they had given the reservation to some walk in customer after I booked this hotel. Be careful when you book this hotel.

Good breakfast, good lunch and dinner. But tell the staff in advance if you as a Northern European want the food Sri Lankan spiced (hot) otherwise there is a risk that you will get it "tourist spiced" Proximity to the beach through a gate, which is open during daylight hours. Lovely beach, sparsely populated. But a stone reef makes it a bit difficult to be in the water. But there is a pool if you want to swim. They close the entrance, so unauthorized people cannot come at night. Opening if you arrive late, you solve with a phone call. In addition to a regular pool, there is a children's pool. Foot shower when you come from the beach. Foot and regular shower near the pool.

Big room, we even had a terrace. Very nice hotel, directly at the beach and with a pool. Very nice staff, very flexible. You can have meals at the hotel with short notice. We spontaneously were able to join a river tour. It was perfect for us to wind down before our flight. The sunset at the hotel was spectacular.

The beach is beautiful to go for a walk, you see the skyline of Colombo, but you can hardly swim in it, because there are many rocks and the weaves are crazy. Ask the hotel at what time and were exactly its safe, or swim in the pool :)

Quiet and nice, only the sea could be heard. You get what you pay for. Do not let small children shower by themselves; the hot water can become very hot if you turn the taps wrong. The clean beach is accessible through a gate, which is open during daylight hours.
