The staff were very accommodating!

The location was not ideal and needed transport to get around.

Directly to the beach. Nice garden and pool.

Quiet location , near airport, very big room and sitting room

The mattress is old, you can feel the springs Staff needs to be educated to speak more than basic English

Location perfect for us right on the beach. Pool fabulous spacious room overlooking the pool.

In a word Beautiful for enjoying see view with family or friends

It has a nice pool and views over the Indian ocean. The manager and staff are very friendly.

The pictures shown by the hotel are misleading and they must have been taken several years ago. Apart from the pool, the hotel very run down and in a bad state of repair. In fact, part of the hotel is being held up by temporary props (see pictures), although these are most likely permanent props, as there was no sign of any work taking place. This is unsafe and wouldn’t be allowed in most Western countries. The rooms are not very clean and the three rooms we had booked all had small ants in them. We also had cockroaches, including one in our bed that woke us up at 2am (see pic). The bedding was full of moth holes and the mattresses were old. The whole place needs major renovation. Sadly, out of all the hotels we stayed in on our 14 day stay in Sri Lanka, this one disappointed the most in terms of cleanliness and basic facilities.

Beach and Pool

Food , not similar to the pic , as mentioned, I hope they change, comparatively expensive for the food and service 😀

If you’re looking for a beach house vibe then this is 100% what to book. It isn’t like other hotels, it feels like a home and everything is cooked to order, home cooking. The staff was amazing and friendly. The owner took us to the airport when no taxi could. They go above and beyond for their customers. It’s on the beach front (you can’t swim in the ocean however the beach and waves was nice). The pool is lovely, shallow and deep end. It’s located about 40 mins away from Colombo and Ubers are easy to find. About 20 mins away from the airport however you couldn’t hear the noise from the planes or anything. I really enjoyed our stay here

The rooms was a little on the dirty side however the overall hotel made up for it
