1.a cockroach was found in the lobby since the hotel lobby is a roofless open space, adjacent to the kitchen of the restaurant next to the hotel. 2.According to this booking site, the list of the facility of the room we satyed has a hair dryer, but it was not equiped. 3. This booking site sais hot shower is availble, but actually the water temperature was not hot enough to use for shower. 4. Toilet paper is equiped on the backside of the toilet bowl, which was also inconvenient.

Mario ya le dio algunas ideas. Se nota que es pilas, receptivo y estoy seguro que ira implementado mejoras porque recién es nueva administracion.. Volveré al mismo lugar.

El personal amable, la cama cómoda y te limpian la habitación todos los días. El desayuno muy muy bueno.

El baño pequeño e incómodo. Las paredes no llegan hasta el techo y queda semi abierto, incómodo ir cuando hay otra persona en habitación compartida.

The location is unbeatable and the staff were friendly and let us store our bags after check out. The room was quite spacious and had a sofa and the room was cleaned everyday. Free water appreciated.

It was very hot and the small fan above the bed wasn’t enough. I didn’t feel confident using the kitchen as it didn’t seem the cleanest.

The front desk staff was beyond helpful. We hadn't booked any ferries or tours in advance so that we feared that everything would be overbooked already. With their help though, we booked a wonderfuly bay tour and sorted out our ferries between all the islands.

The staff was so helpful, even if wanna do their tours by yourself. Then they help you regardless.

Could be a bit more clean

My only complaint is no air conditioning, which is really challenging in The Galapagos.

No airconditioning, tiny rooms. Literally not even space to take a seat on the toilet. It is centrally located though. But would highly recommend getting a cheap airbnb with AC instead.

The property is well located.

Do not recommend - cheap but not very cheerful. The WiFi is very poor - spotty, slow and frequently drops out. I found a cockroach in my room and the room was not especially clean. The curtains were torn and blocked out very little light. One upper window pane was missing so mosquitos and bugs could get in. The bathroom is poorly sized and the toilet inconveniently located so you have to sit sideways to fit and they are stingy with the toilet paper (providing only 2/3rds of a roll per day) and no replacement towels. The hot shower didn’t work - so cold showers only. The oven in the kitchen was broken although the kitchen itself was reasonably equipped. There is no air conditioning - only a very weak fan above the bed, so the rooms get, and remain, very hot and it’s difficult to sleep. Rooms are located around a central communal square motel style so people can be noisy which may disturb those who wish to go to bed early. Peoples’ second hand smoke may drift into rooms. There is a gate which can be used to access the property when reception is closed which in theory ought to be lockable (and guests are given a key to unlock it) but seemingly the gate doesn’t actually lock so the hostel isn’t especially secure. The receptionist spoke some English and whilst pleasant was difficult to understand which limited how helpful they could be.
