"Basic hostel, great location"

Great location right on the malecón and near the ferry stop. Small kitchen and free drinking water.

I had a single person's room and I to sit sideways on the toilet because my knees hit the wall otherwise 😂😂

This is a very nice place. Convenient location close to the pier. There is a kitchen. Both the rooms and common areas are very clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Cons: the internet connection is unstable, and the water in the shower is cool. I recommend it.

"Heart of Santa Cruz & helpful staff"

Location is excellent, in the middle of everything but quiet. The staff are lovely and very helpful, gave great advice. Free water!

Room is quite small. Shower electrics are open so could be dangerous. Stairs are a little slippy/dangerous with the rainfall. Would stay here again though and based on price these are expected/minimal.
