The location was incredibly

The cleaning was not good enough

There was dirty, bedclothes thes with stains and hair, old torn towels

Close to the port and central to restaurants and shops. They let us store our luggage on a later date when we had to wait for our ferry

A little run down and the room had lots of ants especially in the bathroom. AC is needed as the fan doesn’t do a great job by itself at cooling the room.

Great location. Close to pier. Helped us out with taxi to airport.

No ac and I was sweaty.

Good value for money. Not bad, not the best either.

Superb location on the main street in Puerto Ayora. 2 minutes from the docks. Comfortable and clean room. Strong fan. Decent kitchen facilities. Free filtered water. We were able to store our bags here for a couple of hours between ferries a few days after we checked out. Good price for the area.

The light in our bathroom didn't work. WiFi not the strongest but this is an issue all across the Galapagos Islands.

Staff were really Helpful booking all my ferry’s and trips

Two bed room luckily was another girl in there would have felt uncomfortable if it was a man because the single beds are very close together

Lovely staff, decent kitchen, free water, great location. Unfortunately it rained one night and there was a corrugated tin shelter outside our room so it was very noisy

The hostel is very close to the port and the kitchen is clean.

Hot water was not working (we had to shower in a different room).

Very basic but clean. Good location.

The towels/sheets have seen better days.
