Maplewood properties - St Albans one bedroom luxurious flat

The allocated parking bay was taken upon my arrival and despite contacting the letting agent, (all she did was put a note on the car parked in the parking bay) and the parking company, nothing was done about it the entire week I was there. I had to park my car elsewhere and move it every 2 hours to avoid parking tickets. The letting agent was made aware of it but did nothing and most of my messages were also ignored. In case of an emergency I fear there would be no one to get a hold of. Trains are passing by (right outside the apartment) 24/7. Heavy noisy cargo trains at night. The water tank is small in the apartment which means only enough hot water for one quick shower a day. Cheap broken furniture in the apartment, it all looks elegant in the pictures but is a different matter in reality. 2 single beds put together, the apartment could have been cleaner. I sadly do not recommend this apartment. The communication with the letting agent was vert poor. There are many other apartments in this building managed by other letting agents.

Great location. Spacious, modern and clean. Paulyn was very responsive and attentive when needed. At the last minute we were able to extend our stay and again, Paulyn was super helpful.

Although the apartment was clean, the bedroom could have used a spring/deep clean. Having information about the apartment and where to find what etc, would have been helpful. Having said that, Paulyn's response times were super quick.
