Zen Apartment - Calea Victoriei

Location is just close to the old town. We didn’t have to buy the basic stuff like coffee or salt, as it was available in the kitchen. Two very good air conditioners made our stay even more pleasant.

The Toiletten smells and needs to be repaired or a fan can be installed.

Blocul este incadrat la RISC SEISMIC GR.2, iar garsoniera este la et.6 (te intelegi cu porumbeii). Daca are autorizatie de functionare pentru inchiriere este doar datorita “procedurilor” romanesti. Liftul este ok. Amenajarea este ca o hala in care s-au pus niste paturi: pardoseala cu vopsea epoxidica, crapata si zgaraiata. Mobilarea este dezastruoasa. Dupal de haine cu usi de perdea… Bucataria este in hol. Vesela ok, dar loc de servit masa critic. Nu incercati fierul de calcat (mai ales pe haine albe) si masa de calcat, daca tineti la haine. Un tv cat un ecran de calcuator vechi, pe care ai aprox 20% din programe (si acelea sunt “alese” cele mai neinteresante). La baie… este ceva gen lagar: apa curge doar de sus, nu ai dus. Si (atentie!) pe jos este o faiana alunecoasa. Prosoapele au fost ok. Chiuveta de la baie sa nu o folosesti imbracat, doar daca vrei sa te stropesti pe haine. Pentru zona atat de centrala si pret asteptarile erau mult mai mari. Iti trebuie sa faci abstractie de tot ca sa iti pastrezi calmul. Este un fel de Horror-Zen. (Opinia unuia care foloseste saptamanal booking).

Worth every penny! The location is excellent, overlooking Calea Victoriei - we visited during Christmas holidays and it felt very cozy and christmasy.

It’s a shame there was no washing machine, but there are a few cleaning shops nearby

Great, spacy place, very nicely decorated, in a very central location, ideal for visiting the old town and feel the vibe of the city or visit Bucharest for business meetings

A few weeks ago someone wrote that there is a problem with the shower. and when I arrived I saw that the problem she described had not been fixed. As far as I'm concerned, this is a disrespectful attitude towards the reviews written here by visitors. I don't understand what the problem with replacing a broken, leaking and rusty shower head. It's really disrespectful to rent a property like that. I'm a man , so I could manage. I don't want to think what would happen if a woman got into the shower. The water only comes out from above, and also sprays everywhere. And of course, as my predecessors wrote to those who disturb, there is a smell of sewage coming from the shower and toilets. Disrespect, lack of regard and disrespect for the reviews written here is what made me give a low score.
