The TV did not work in the room. The tap in the bathroom continued running and could not be closed. We had one towel in the room. if it wasn't for Kelvin, who ran around at 12.30am, which was the time we returned from a wedding we attended, we would have been very upset . he really went out of his way to try and accommodate us and sort the issues out. but worst of all is the fact that once you are in the building, the roors are locked until the morning. has anyone thought about what happens if there is a fire?

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Establishment were exceptionally beautiful and neat.

We got lost the entrance was bit tricky from the main road as the GPS couldn't locate the place. I'd advise you have more board indicators by the road or Be specific on emails that the entrance is at Kameelfontein Estate. Other than that I loved everything.

Peaceful and tranquil area, comfortable room, luxurious bedding and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious
