County House - THE WHITE APARTMENT

Location. Roomy. Bed OK. Good wardrobe space. Kitchen fine for short stay. Quiet.

Heating inadequate for winter. Cold all the time despite turning heaters up. Bathroom needs attention. Shower head is split so water squirts all over floor. Only used twice in 4 days as it floods the floor. Sink has poorly repaired crack. Couldn't connect to WiFi. Tried code several times. TV controls a mystery!

Very clean and comfortable apt, definitely would return.

Location fantastic. Modern decor inside. Short walk to town centre. Beautiful old building. Would recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Television not working properly and bathroom could benefit from a makeover. Would not stop me from booking again though.

Location excellent, premises lovely.

Premises needing a good deep clean. Doors were tacky where handled. A good clean and better decorated would be beneficial to making this a really superb unit.

The position of the apartment t was great for getting into town.

The pictures make the apartment seem better than it was. For starters we couldn't even get in for about 10 mins. Notes sent via email said front door key needed wiggling but it was so difficult my husband had to sit on the floor to get it to work. This needs replacing urgently. It was very worn. Dirty in places. Grim in kitchen, cupboards had greasy marks on and bathroom sink was cracked and broken. Paintwork throughout needed re doing and it was generally tired. No complimentary teabags etc. Such a shame as apartment could be lovely. Very disappointed.

Excellent location for the pubs, minster and other attractions. The apartment was bright and comfortable.

The lock on the door was tricky to open and took a few tries to get the knack of opening it. There didn't appear to be any hot water and had to have cold showers throughout our stay,
