Fantastic location. Brilliant communication from the host. Beautiful place

Nicely close to the city centre so no need for buses everywhere.

The bathroom is very tired and would benefit from a good scrub and freshen up.

Place looked pleasant on arrival, building looks great from the outside, perfect location too! Parking facilities good and nice to have free parking as York can be expensive and instructions for checking in were clear

- first apartment that I've stayed in that asked you to strip the bed and take out your own trash (I travel a lot) - numerous notes around the house telling you what you can and can't do which made it pretty hard to relax - there was no hot water when we arrived and had to crawl into a small crawl space to turn on the water heater which is not disability friendly - check out time was earlier than most places and the added steps they ask you to do takes away from you having a relaxing morning which is not really something you want after a stay away, especially when you're up on a business trip and want to use the little time you have to relax (this also meant we ended up leaving a few items as we had to rush to get out) - bedroom down stairs was supported by a breeze block which caused the middle of the bed to sit higher than the rest of the bed making you roll out of the bed - the fridge freezer wasn't clean and there were food remnants left in it - not all the facilities worked when we were there

Very convenient location and only a few minutes walk to the centre of York. Also, it was great to have a free parking space.

Amenities close by.Lots of shops bars etc.And close too Sainsbury supermarket if you need food ,drink etc.
