County House - THE WHITE APARTMENT

Brilliant location and clear instructions for entry and the car parking space, apartment was spacious, and Ryan was responsive to messages.

A few things could do with some attention to make it excellent only one heater worked so with the wind it felt draughty and a bit cold, the kitchen hob needed some TLC, and the carpet on the stairs has worn but overall was comfortable enough.

the close Ness of this property to the city ease to drive to great building with history just a short walk and your at the york minster. you can see it from the window and hear it chime much better then I expected

there is only one thing the hot water .all though the boost is easy to set it is a bit of a problem as was traveling with friend and did not want to go through there room early in the morning to set it up just make sure the early rise takes the top floor .

Fantastic location, within easy walking distance of all York's main attractions.. Lovely building. quirky apartment.

Only one set of keys, so if we went out separately, which we often do, it required a good deal of organising. I spent one evening locked in the apartment, as my OH was out, worrying about what I would do if there was a fire. Only had hot water if we used the booster. Could only watch live TV through iPlayer and ITV X. After 1 day, ITV X required a log in, which we didn't have, and iPlayer 'buffered' so often it was unwatchable.

The apartment is in a good location close to the York City walls. Great parking and easy access. The apartment itself is in an interesting old building and is part of a very good re-purposing/renovation. It has a bedroom upstairs with a library and a storage room containing the hotwater system. Downstairs it has kitchen & lounge with another bedroom. All well appointed and comfortable. The hotwater system is a bit eccentric in that we had to ensure it was turned on and warmed up before we could use it for showers.

Water heater needed to be boosted as no hot water available on first morning. Should be made clearer or set in such a manner as to have water for shower hot. Lift out of order.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely old building. Spotlessly clean and a pleasure throughout. Great location with easy access to the town centre
