County House - THE WHITE APARTMENT

Location was good

The bathroom needed updated it was not a comfortable experience. I know we were told about the washing machine but it seems you have no intention of replacing it. The television was rubbish the BBC channel which we watched the news reception was terrible.

Great location and clean. Interesting building!

Very few charging points, power outlets. Kitchen and bathroom need some tlc

Really great location, a couple minutes walk from the city centre and really close to popular places to visit.

I loved the location, and the apartment layout was cute and comfortable. The location was ideal.

Location in the centre of York was brilliant. Gated private parking was why we booked above anywhere else.

PLEASE FIX YOUR PLUMBING! Despite the instructions of what to do when the boiler doesn't work, which is obviously an ongoing issue, it did not fix the problem. It was not us being stupid, we are both intelligent, practical adults. No hot water for showers or washing up made it a bit grim. We were also agile enough to grope around in the floor of the spare room to try and fix the problem. Others staying may not be! You need to put a rocket up your cleaners too. Spilt sugar and coffee inside the cupboard, a good layer of dust under the furniture, discovered when I went to retrieve a dropped item, and a Lindt chocolate down the gap in the sofa. The cleaner is obviously doing a surface sweep rather than a proper job on the place.

Great location, great communication. Beautiful appartment. Minutes walk to the city centre everything you needed in the appartment. Home from home, parking perfect in own space. Very comfortable and clean beds lovely and comfortable overall great place and will definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality Ryan

Hot water was a bit annoying but clear instructions how to get it hot. Bathrooms little dated and was quite cold when we arrived but instructions set us right. Tv kept going off and couldn't adjust sound on remote but not a biggie

Instructions for entry into secure car park could be clearer Bedrooms could do with a TV

Photos didn’t really match the actual place, it looked a lot nicer and cleaner online. Kind of dingey feel to the place.
