Crystall Goa, Onyx Edition

Very spacious room with a large balcony stayed cool during the night very large bed air con and a fridge. The staff were excellent

The only downside to this room is it overlooks the main road fantastic for people watching but extremely busy and the other bad point is the local dogs along the road tend to kick off about 3.30 am

Location was good as it next to the beach. Hotel food was average.

Our room had hot water problem. They kept fooling to resolve it for 2 days. Our room sink water is thin like thread. Some rooms AC stinks like socks smell. Linen has stain marks. Pillows have fungus on it. Can be noticed if the pillow cover is removed. We had to ask them to do house keeping daily. Hotel guys are not receptive for Indians. They attend foreigners immediately, their behaviour is tip oriented. Not value for money.

Staff was really friendly, welcoming and they provided us with everything we needed. Specially Mansi, Rupesh and Nitesh. Good food in the adjoining Singh's restaurant and great stay at crystal goa onyx 👍

Very helpful and nice staff, clean and big rooms, comfy beds.

The music in restaurant next to the accommodation was sometimes too loud, especially at night.

Very basic and convenient, everything I expect from a very reasonable priced hotel room
