It was so relaxing we loved everything lovely staff couldn't do enough and we arrived there earlier thenPlanned and they checked us in early we will defiantly be going back and with the kids next time

NOTHING really .what would make it even better would be if it had running water inside the yurt

Great set up and facilities. Lovely location.

Absolutely loved the accommodation however, an addition of a hairdryer, a bath mat and improved washing up facilities would make life easier.

The peace and quiet, the beautiful surroundings, and how private it all felt. The yurt was spotless and really cosy, and the hot tub was a massive highlight. Everything felt thought-out and well maintained. It was the ideal place to switch off and spend proper time together.

Honestly, not much at all. If anything, we wished we’d booked an extra night because it went by too fast.

It was really relaxing.

We had quite a few problems, the Yurt wasn’t hygienically clean, it was very disappointing. Sold as a “quiet and relaxing place to unwind” groups drinking with music blasting out and shouting isn’t my idea of relaxing. It wasn’t very clean either, stains on the bed sheets and lots of pet hairs in the bedding, they rely on the people that are stopping to clean the plates and cutlery before departure, its written in the folder. The oven was dirty, food baked on the inside, it had not been cleaned out for ages. We had to wash all the plates and cutlery as there was food stuck to the plates, a bottle with no soap in it was provided, we used the hand soap from the bathroom to wash the dishes. The Yurt had a hole in the side, where it was just mesh next to the bed, and when it rained the water was pouring in, the doorway was the same, we had to put towels down to soak up the water because there was no mop or anything to clean it up with. The sheep skin rug near the opening was soaked. The bathroom had mould in it around the bottoms of the sink area, the shower metal bar that hold the shower screen had come off and was hanging freely, we put that back up before we used the shower, spiders webs inside the corners of the shower obviously showed it hadn’t been cleaned properly, pubic hairs in the shower tray and on the screen. The hot tub hadn’t been cleaned out and there were hairs and dead skin in it, the top of the water had a layer of like oil floating on it, and you could see the scum mark around the edge. Woke up 5am on Saturday morning made a brew, and an hour later made another and decide to make a coffee using the coffee machine, it tripped the electric so we were without power until 10:20. Morning ruined waiting for them to come out after calling the emergency number at 9am. We left at 11pm on the Saturday as we felt we had had enough and preferred to be at home. Very disappointed after paying £570 for 2 nights, which is nearly £300 a night.
