Yurtshire Eavestone Lake - Birch Yurt

Very peaceful .

there was a group of 4 young people who did make some nose for a short while was not too disturbing . Dirty throw on bed, broken electrical heater , having to ask for silly things like coffee , fire lighters , clean tea towel and a gate to keep dog safe . Due to there being no car access hand having to rely on staff to transport luggage , however none on departure available to help , had to carry all up a steep hill. Also staff difficult to get hold of . Decking furniture worn , table burnt. Odd & dirty furniture . Feel Yurtshire special place but it needs some TLC . No view obscured by trees .

Stunning location and experience

The Whole layout was beautiful and very peaceful the views too, me and my partner be definitely be back again. :)

From start to finish this was incredible. We’ve booked again because we miss it! Peaceful, you have everything need. The staff were nothing but increíble ❤️❤️

Would’ve been nice to have spa treatments at our personal yurt due to mobility issues (the treatment room was right at the bottom of the hill) but despite that the massage was so lovely and the staff came to pick me up on the buggies.

Lots of room including a spacious decking area. Included a fridge and mini oven inside. Nice separate bathroom and plenty of wood for the fires. A truly great experience with lovely helpful staff.

Struggled to work out the fairy lights. Instructions folder should include info on them. A plughole in the yurt sink would be helpful. Signage to lake would be a useful little touch too.

Lovely location, great yurt, good hot tub, lovely staff.

Bathroom room is unheated therefore cold. Woodland sauna showers don't work. Very expensive so expect everything to be perfect and have stayed at better similar priced places before. Check out at 10am.

It's a really beautiful site and really well located for days out and doing things in the local area as a family. The yurt felt very magical and had everything we needed. When we had an issue, staff were very responsive and genuine in their concern and dealt with everything very quickly. It was a lovely adventure for the whole family, we wish we could have stayed longer.

There was nothing we didn't like. The hot tub took a long time to heat, so if we stay again we'll be more prepared for that with our timings etc.
