Hotel Kangaroo Bujumbura

The room was not clean. I found 3 hairs that weren’t mine on the sink upon check in and there were stains in the bed. Additionally most of the outlets didn’t work when trying to charge my electronics. The worker lied to me on WhatsApp about the accommodation saying that the WiFi worked well and he sent me fake speed test. Upon arrival it didn’t work at all. As a remote worker the staff did not even really try and help me even though I made it clear fast wifi was important. A good hotel would’ve told me before I booked that the wifi is slow. They claimed that it was a “network error” but I don’t believe this for a second. The staff was not very friendly and seemed very cold and unwelcoming. They did not try and help at all about the wifi issue. One staff member tried to give me a hot spot which was nice but the hot spot also didn’t work (I don’t think he knew how to set it up or something)
