Hotel Kangaroo Bujumbura

The local food was nice. I asked a waiter if I could eat their local food and he recommended the fish, ugali and spinach, which was very good.

The wifi was unstable and didn't work in all the rooms. The staff was slow to act. We agreed on a time for the hotel taxi to take me to the airport; on coming down at 2 pm excepting them to be ready, I have to wait another 30minutes for the taxi to arrive.

Cleanness of the facilities; staff are caring and responsive; safety...

1. Towels were not changed. 2. I wasn't picked from airport though confirmed earlier.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice, overall hotel looked nice. Located in a walking distance from bus station.

I did not get the room booked - garden view and could not explain to reception that I should get what I booked. Staff in restaurant is very friendly but meals of poor quality. For breakfast no fruit juice offered - in a tropical country!!!

Staff hospitality was very good

Frequent power outage and very poor wifi. May it's a national issue

Too many things (WiFi, television etc ) that worked badly when they even worked!
