"Our room was great - in the old building."

Excellent rural location. Plenty of parking. There was a small, secluded outdoor area by our room that looked to be a possible sun trap. Unfortunately weather wasn't warm enough to try it out.

Breakfast set up was a little haphazard ... table not set, had to request toast with full English. Some guests couldn't be accommodated in main breakfast area.

"Welcoming with character"

Been coming here regularly for 4 years now, it’s developed and improved over time but the staff have always been brilliant. Highly recommended hotel.

It has its quirks like slow filling bath! But does not detract from the wonderful vibe underpinned by great staff and great food at great prices.
