Banbury Wroxton House Hotel

De locatie was voor ons uitstekend omdat het vlak bij het congres was.

De staf is niet altijd even vriendelijk, de badkamer is krakkemikkig, de matras is overtrokken met plastic, dat niet afneembaar is.

The room we were given was really warm I tried to turn the thermostat down but it didn’t work, I went to reception the girl on the desk came to the room to check, she said she would sort us another room out with two single beds, when she realised they didn’t have any left she sorted out two separate rooms with no fuss, all took less than 15 minutes, they say you don’t now a company until there’s a problem well this staff member is a credit to her employer . (Sorry I didn’t get her name)

Gorgeous location. The rooms were spacious, with lots of natural light, and everything I needed.

Coffee machine water tank could do with a deep clean. Didn’t like the look of what was lurking in the bottom!

Country styling and comfy communal area between function room and bar area. Great service during our works' party and in general around the hotel, very obliging and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The bathroom is dated - clean and functional but has not been upgraded with the general hotel styling and is the only reason I haven't rated it excellent.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The food was lovely.
