Beavers Retreat - Glamping with Hot Tubs options

Location was amazing for relaxing Site was clean and well had everything you needed for getting away and relaxing The dome was well equipped and quirky amd you had your own private area to.relax

Loved everything

We were very fortunate to have the whole facility to ourselves. Very peaceful. Staff on site to sort any issues but then left in peace. Comfy beds. Extremely clean.

Not a fan of country lanes however they were minimal. Train did frighten me at first but it passes very rarely. Took a while for hot tub to heat but once done it maintained heat and was pure bliss.

The place is amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back soon.

There was no breakfast but we had a cooker.

The oven didn’t work but we managed

I liked everything about the place except the toilet facilities. See below. I loved the wood fired hot tub and everything else, especially how each pod had a private area to cook, play, bbq or do whatever they wanted in their own garden area. The pod was very comfortable. The cooking area was great with bbq facilities and a proper gas cooker.

It was too far to walk to the toilet in the middle of the night and it was pitch black. I very much appreciate the eco ethos behind the design at the campsite and wondered if a composting private toilet close to the pod would be a better option. When I read that it was a private toilet, I did not realise that it was only private in that it was a single toilet for each pod's use with a padlock, but, in a block of other toilets.

Shared freezer space Very limited for food drinks and ice packs Would be difficult to store enough food for two people for more than two days Four drinks went missing Quite unique drinks couldn't be mistaken for any others in the freezer Gas cooker could do with a service..two of four gas rings didn't fully work

The pods were at a great location, ideal for visits to Tenby and surrounding areas. The pods each have their own private area surrounded by trees, which is lovely! We had an Eco Pod and enjoyed our stay here! We would come again.

The charging station was slow - however that is somewhat expected with it being solar powered. It was a nice opportunity to be unplugged!
