Las dependencias en general muy buenas, el aire acondicionado se agradece mucho, y en general todo muy bueno. venia con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia y en check-in de igual manera, la facilidad en todo y lo que incluia la cocina daba para cocinar de igual manera.. muy bueno

Únicamente el ruido o "murmullos" de las otras habitaciones, en ciertos momentos podías llegar a sentirte escuchado

"Excellent stay - great host - near a train line"

I appreciate how secure the property is and how peaceful it is. I stayed in apartment 4, and it was well stocked. The property is close to a train station (Cerro Blanco). There’s a grocery store and several restaurants nearby, along with a park. Decently close to the large market in Santiago.

The area around is not the best at night - definitely don’t walk around with headphones on or with your phone out. Especially late at night. I also wouldn’t recommend walking between Cerro Blanco and the Independencia neighborhoods. I wouldn’t recommend going further north of the property.

The washing machine is only available between 10 and 13 hr, when the staff is there and cost 5$ per wash. The interior urgently needs renovation.

apartment was as advertised, matched the photos and had all the basic amenities. Shower was hot with good water pressure

Only 1 towel provided for 3 guests, beds were not particularly comfortable
