The property has a good location in order to metro station and the Laundry service has good quality cost benefit. The hot water works well.

The bath stay in the first floor while the bedroom is in the second floor, so the warm works only in the second floor staying the first floor cold during all time. That is a trouble when you need go to the toilet in the night during winter station.

It is a nice little apartment. Has a functional kitchen. It has an electric stove that is not easy to understand at first, but you’ll get used to it once you figure it out. It has an AC which helped out so much during the summer heat. They also do your laundry for 5000 Lucas each load and they do it really well. So thank you.

The location. It was difficult to get an Uber to get there. The street was closed due to repairs and the drivers had to reverse through the street since it was a really reduced street. The taxi drivers also had really bad comments about the neighborhood, on being dangerous and not walkable. We also found difficult to get Uber drivers to take us back there from anywhere we were. However, we got used to it and found a way to cope with the situation. They only give you one toilet paper for your stay, so be prepared to bring toilet paper.

Very quiet location was our favorite part of this rental. It's very walkable to the metro stop as well. Apartment was clean and as pictured..

Super clean and quiete. Own kitchen with a fridg and everything you need to cook. Hot shower is a must too!

Private, decent location and everything you need for a few night's stay. Has a toaster oven but nothing too much for cooking. Good value for money, host was responsive, location is a bit away and looks a bit dodgy but it was fine. Near Korean area and other shops/restaurants. Small spiral staircase almost gives the upstairs bed a loft feel. Would stay again.

Door lock was a bit weird, it locks automatically from the outside and a little strange to open with the key, but apparently that's a normal style in Chile.

it was a total Scam! when WE got to the door, there was a combination lock and When we called the phone number from the Advertisement, the woman falsely stated that she never received the money and wanted ME to pay again or she would NOT give me the combination lock! a big scam! so WE left!

After asking five times we were given a bin bag

We were accused of having made one side of the hob stop heating up and the host took our deposit here, and also tried to charge us for her repair person to put new plates on the hob through AirBNB which we booked an additional night on (it is cheaper on there). She sent photos of it with the brand new plates on claiming this is how it looked when we arrived even though they had also sent us WhatsApp photos of them clearly already old and rusty on our arrival which we could use to prove the claim was fraudulent. We were also by a local person that the area isn't safe after dark. Kitchen is quite poorly equipped. It is also very cold. They have heating but you have to pay extra to use it. There are also dodgy electrics in the apartment such as cables for appliances that have exposed wires that have been poorly patched with sellotape, photos attached. Hosts rude and defensive (as can see they have replied to all other bad reviews and complaints with excuses and trying to flip it on to guests which no doubt they will do again here). Really highly recommended against staying here. If you are lucky and have no issues it would be an okay deal, but not worth the risk of them taking against you if you report any issues and trying to flip it on you and take your money. I have attached screenshots showing an additional charge is indicated in the listing for air conditioning, but not for heating.

Fantastic apartment - clean and tidy, everything you need to cook, hot shower, comfy bed, and a great location - metro and supermadket just down the street. Enjoyed our stay here. The host was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money.
