The nicest host! So accomodating and helpful, even with inquiries in the middle of the night. The place has a nice view from the balcony. Gave recommendations on places to go, beaches and such. Placed in the middle of the beautiful old town!

A bit hard to find, but when the host hadnt heard from me, he messaged me and called on WhatsApp. (Go to the Kalaja Restaurant, it belongs to the hotell. They'll guide you)

Beautiful place in old town Ulcinj. Views are outstanding and location is close to beaches and city center. Host is very helpful and arranged transportation to our next town.

It is in a very nice location in Ulcinj's old town, with a beautiful view of the sea and sunsets. The owner of the apartment block is very friendly.

A) Parking: Misleading information about free parking. The only free parking is in the small harbour, and there is no guarantee that you will find a free space when you return from your trip. Access to the harbour car park is closed from 20:00 and monitored by municipal police. To avoid stressful situations, we had to pay for a guaranteed parking space close to the old town (€15 per day). B) Equipment: The furniture in the room is very old and worn. There was a socket hanging out of the wall in the bathroom. The whirlpool was advertised as a special feature of the 'De Luxe Apartment', but I was never able to fill it completely with water. C) Balcony: The floor was dirty and the tablecloth was faded and stained and never changed during the stay. There were also faded and dried up flowers in the flower pots and the outer box of the air conditioning was rusty with holes. The air conditioning worked, but I'd rather not know how often it has been checked and maintained.

La ubicación. El alojamiento se encuentra en la parte alta del pueblo que podría ser como una antigua fortaleza. Aunque esta fortaleza está medio derruida, han montado alojamientos y restaurantes en esta zona que está en altura (hay que subir los escalones de dicha fortaleza). Uno de estos alojamientos es este. Me gustó lo que más el conjunto de restaurantes que había todos ellos con vistas al mar y a la ciudad. También hay un pequeño acceso al mar desde aquí con unas escaleras, hamacas y bar con vistas de nuevo muy bonitas. El atardecer se ve precioso desde cualquier punto de la fortaleza.

Estaba dejado y podría estar más limpio.

Ami negatívum az a parkolás ingyenes parkolás van írva a szálláshoz viszont körülbelül 1 km re volt parkoló 15 euró ért.

Raport calitate pret este ok.Vederea de pe terasa nota 10, camera mare si confortabila, gazda foarte primitoare.Exista restaurant la proprietate amplasat perfect pentru a vedea marea si faleza.
