An amazing place with a super-friendly host. Mr. Constantine is a great guy and helps you a lot. The location is good, the place is clean and everything is available. I had three great nights over there, and of course, if I want to return back to Bucharest, this place will be my priority. Thank you so much, Mr. Constantine.

Everything was great!

Lovely apartment and great location! Constantin is extremely welcoming and sociable. He is keen in getting to know you as an individual and is more than happy to offer recommendations of things to do nearby/in the centre. The neighbourhood feels safe and it is nice to wonder around and experience how locals live in Bucharest. I am planning to return to Bucharest soon and will be booking with Constantin again :)

It is very good for its value, normal shared kitchen and bathroom, cool ability to early check-in, nice view from the window, etc. The owner is a nice man, has a good English level and can help with advice about transport and locations, Also it's interesting to talk about anything.

Location was quite good and easily accessible by public transportation.

1) The Host was collecting waste water to clean dishes (i got sick after using the cups and plates) which i noticed after a day or two and the bathroom was very smelly as he was also collecting shower water and storing it every where to use it for bathroom flush and he told me to do the same disgusting !!!! 2) The Host was controlling in every aspect of the house, he did not let me use the oven(gave some silly reason) to heat my food, i had to eat the cold food every time. 3) There was no lock on the door and i think he went to my room when i was not there. 4) He told me after staying for few nights that i can shower only in early morning or at night, for one day i could not shower.

I liked the apartment, good location, the rooms are always clean, the owner is friendly and tried to help in everything. I recommend this place.
