A host is a nice person, speaking English well

The apartment is an old style, not too clean. Important: I didn´t pay attention, but it´s actually a one room rent. The apartment is shared with the host. With just a little extra, it´s possible to rent a full apartment Some important electrical appliances are missing in the kitchen (microwave, electric kettle), making it hard to warm the food up.

I was staying at this place for 5 days, Constantin is a very kind person, you will discover this from your first conversation, a very hospitable and tolerant person, neighborhood was really calm, the appartment is well equipped, and just to clarify something regarding warm water, i saw some reviews, which said it is not warm : this is not true , cause water is enough warm to make a shower but just have to wait a little bit to reach a good temperature just because the appartment is on the 9th floor, so i find water is enough warm , and the heating in the room is very very good and strong , elevator is also available. A nice view to the Park lake and everything you need (mall , restaurants , buses ) is in the near. Next time i will book again at Konstantin´s Place. Really to recommend, professional service.

The location is good, it's close to public transportation and shopping mall. The view from the window is great also.

Constantin treated very nicely, he overmet my expectations and even provided me a quick breakfast as he got to know I had a long car drive to take in Romania. The position is optimal within Bucharest, the price is amazing, ideal for car drivers like me.

Nothing. I like it all. I think I paid a great price for a great place. I got treated nicely, the communication was punctual, precise and always nice. I would rather consider it again if I would be back to Bucharest, Romania :)
