Superbe séjour dans cette maison très agréable et super bien équipée . Francesco a été très agréable et réactif dans nos communications et nous a aidé pour apporter avec sa voiture nos bagages. C est une adresse que nous conservons précieusement pour un futur séjour . Le toit terrasse est super agréable

Una abitazione splendida nel cuore di Ortigia, praticamente sul lungomare e vicino a tutte le attrazioni e commodities, pur essendo estremamente silenzioso e tranquillo. Il personale eccezionale (grazie Francesco) ci ha riservato un'accoglienza rara. L'appartamento è super accessoriato, ci sono persino biciclette e monopattini a disposizione degli ospiti. Ovviamente il pezzo forte della casa è la terrazza all'ultimo piano, che ha anche una zona coperta, molto vivibile con televisione, libri e giochi, divano e grande scrivania. La zona aperta della terrazza è vista mare e ci sono sdraio e un grande tavolo in legno perfetto per pranzo e cene all'aperto..Inoltre ci sono, anche in terrazza, frigorifero, fornelli e lavabo per una ancora maggiore comodità. Due toilette su piani diversi a servire diverse stanze, che sono ampie e comode come anche i letti e gli armadi. La cucina è fornita di tutto, l'aria condizionata funziona bene e abbiamo apprezzato molto il wifi con cui abbiamo lavorato comodamente e senza interruzioni. Molto graditi anche i numerosi mazzi di chiavi e la bottiglia di vino che abbiamo trovato all'accoglienza. Aggiungiamo solo che il sig. Francesco ci ha gentilmente accompagnati anche alla macchina che avevamo lasciato fuori Ortigia, in modo gratuito e con la stessa cortesia con cui ci ha accolti, peraltro la mattina prestissimo. Non abbiamo parole per descrivere quanto sia stata bella l'esperienza.

This huge apartment is right in the heart of the town. It was very convenient to have bedrooms on different levels. The rooftop terrace with a sea view is an amazing bonus. The host is incredibly nice and helpful going well out of his way to assist and make our stay easy and enjoyable.

Everything was just perfect

Great property in excellent quiet location close to sea, swimming platform and many exceptional restaurant. The property has fabulous air conditioning, fans, washing machine, dish washer and plenty space. Perfect for family or family group. The roof top terrace is great in early morning and evening and the kitchen is very well equipped for self catering meals. Thank you for the shopping cart too for market trips. We loved the bikes and skateboard. Francesco and Barbara were amazing hosts, ready to help with info and advise. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Lack of bowls!

Francesco was one of the best hosts I have ever had. He met us at the house and showed us around and communicated well throughout our stay. We went to several of his restaurant recommendations and his descriptions were very accurate. We loved having the bikes available for longer trips into Siracusa and looking around Ortigia. The house comfortably accommodated six people (two couples and two singles). Francesco was especially kind when we were leaving and gave us lifts to the station. Thanks from all of us Francesco!

Excellent location, spacious, clean and homey. Francesco is an excellent host who communicated wonderfully :) and the rooftop terrace is wonderful! Bikes an extra thoughtful inclusion.
