Very comfortable and neat cottage, including the wash area .The staff was so unobtrusive that I saw a staff member only when he came to serve breakfast. The cottage has a full-fledged kitchen counter for anybody wishing to do his own cooking. A water purifier, refrigerator, mixer grinder, iron box and hair dryer are provided. But providing an LPG stove with cylinder is unheard of 😃😃 The location is very private and the cottages are set well apart.

The approach road to the property is very narrow, sufficient for just a car.

The location, staff and breakfast was excellent.

The airconditioner was not cooling the room efficiently. I would suggest to arrange dinner/lunch as per the guest's requirement at the location itself

AC wasn't working properly in one of the rooms

The manager / owner was very polite and very helpful. The room was also neat. The view from the room was good. The breakfast was very very good.

The room needs better foot mats. Esp. the bathroom needs a good anti skid mat as the floor is very slippery when wet. Also, it had rained before we reached the place and outside was very slushy. Need to have some good path way that is not muddy. The sugar box had ants in it.

Spent a good time with my family it was too clean and felt like staying at home I would recommend others dont even think once book nd go for it and enjoy your day 😊 and I would book again if I visit kasargod

I along with my family were there for 2 nights. Good things: 1. The courtesy of the staff was very good, and they were immediately attending to our calls and concerns 2. We took the premium villa, the first one on the left. The room is pretty big and spacious. 3. It's located next to the backwaters, and the view was very good. 4. The breakfast provided these days were minimal, but very tasty.

Not so good things: 1. Being a large room, they had placed two AC's, but those were not enough to cool the room. At times the room was very warm. 2. One of the AC units was producing continuous noise throughout, but was not fixable immediately. 3. There were multiple power cuts and voltage issues both the days, amplifying the AC issues. The team had generators installed and were switching it ON as and when required, but still it was a hassle. 4. The cupboards looked swanky from the outside but was concrete inside and not so clean. So, we had to avoid using it totally. Same is the case with Kitchen cupboards too. Would have been nice for them to have a makeover for the inside. 5. Bathroom was quite big but was a bit weird with multiple levels. It was quite inconvenient for my mother who was 75 years old. The tiles were also not the matte finish ones. 6. The property is at least 500 meters inside from the main road and these roads are quite narrow. Don't expect tempo travelers to go inside the property.

Mr Mahesh is a perfect host. Always available to assist the guests. The property is well maintained and has everything you need for a family on their vacation
