There is ongoing construction next door to the hotel from 8 AM to 6 PM daily. As a result, we have significantly discounted our prices to account for any potential noise disturbances. The noise is inconsistent, but guests are enjoying being just one block from the beach at a great price, as most are out during the day anyway. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Please note that some units have a full kitchen and others a kitchenette (no stove).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Nous avons aimé la taille de l'appartement, la propreté et la quiétude du lieu. L'arrivée a ete très facile. Les.indications par message sont très claires.

L'hôtel nest pas tout prêt du centre, difficile de trouver un petit déjeuner a côté de l'hôtel. Nous aurions aimé que le 5e lit soit prêt a notre arrivée. Nous n'avons vu personne de la réception durant tout notre sejour

L'hôtel est au calme, à 15' à pied de Punta Coco. La chambre est grande et les sanitaires agréables.

Il faut garder à l'esprit que cet hôtel est à plus d'1 km du centre et d'un vrai magasin et qu'il n'y a rien pour cuisiner. Juste un micro-ondes.

Place was close to beach, nice balcony, bed was comfortable and there is everything you would need for your trip

Had some ants at night in bathroom but staff came to treat as soon as I notified them, and some days other guest would just show up and be on the balcony
