great view from terrace. clean, well-equipment apartment with nice furniture. parking lot in front of house.

whirlpool smelled a bit weird on one evening, but it was cleaned the day after. so we enjoyed the whirlpool a lot.

Everything. Very spacious and clean. Loved the balcony and the views. The laundry was a real bonus. The hot tub was fabulous.

We stayed for four nights. The apartment is not serviced. We would have appreciated some cleaning such as replacing trash bags, sweeping the floors and replacing towels.

Excellent apartment! Kitchen has many appliances and utensils to cook (also microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker with come capsules). It is really clean. The bed is very big and comfy. The view is excellent!

The pressure in the shower was veeery low. I wanted to wash my hair but decided not to cause it would probably take forever.

The access road is a bit inclined, not super easy for beginner drivers

apartment is nearly new and really had a lot of thoughts, design and architecture put into it. It had everything you need. The view is fantastic. Definitely recommend to stay there and will return if coming to Azores again.

Great host, very responsive Fantastic view Unit furnished with key amenities including kitchenette with stovetop, oven and dishwasher Issue with heating unit however host quickly provided alternative heating option

A short climb required to get to the unit from parking There is closer parking however no turnaround is available

We spent 4 nights in Barrocas do Mar. Everything was perfect, the flat is well equipped, perfectly clean. The view is breathtaking, and we enjoyed a lot the terrace to have breakfast and diner outside. It well located and in a quiet environment. We highly recomment the place.
