This place in a gem in the heart of Vila Franca do Campo, with a wonderful view (even better than the pictures can show). The hospitality of Pedro & Rita is beyond everything ! Would definitely recommend and return !

The location is amazing for exploring the island. The view is breathtaking and the hosts are amazing. The breakfast every morning on the terrace was extraordinary. We highly recommend staying with Rita & Pedro.

Villa by the Sea is amazing. The room has large picture windows giving us a view of the sea and the room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hosts, staff and breakfast were also excellent. Highly recommended.

The location right on the cliff edge with stunning views. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and kind, and the dinner they cooked was exceptional. The room was perfect

Tastefully furnished and very well equipped room, friendly and helpful hosts, good location to explore the east of Sao Miguel, great breakfast and dinner and, last but not least, a fantastic view. Definitely stay there again. Thank you for a marvellous time.
