Location is superb in the town proper and very near the cable cars

Gepflegtes, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel an zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet im schönen und gemütlichen Frühstücksraum. Bequeme Betten. Seilbahn, Zug-Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spielplätze in Gehdistanz sehr gut erreichbar. Tolle Ausgangslage für schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen.

Zwar bei all dem Positiven kaum erwähnenswert: Es dürfte im Badezimmer ruhig mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Duschtücher/Waschlappen geben (wir waren 3 Personen im Zimmer)

"Great hotel run by a young couple. Friendly, great location, super clean and updated room."

The location is perfect, close to train, bus stations. Also within walking distances to the major attractions such as Reichenbach Falls, Sherlock Holmes Museum, Aare Gorge ,etc. Breakfast was super, with variety of food. Chef Remo cooked eggs for all gusts.

I was looking to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, dinner was not available due to luck of reservation.
