Staff were polite and helpful.

Room was freezing, tried to turn radiator on but it didn't work - thought heating may come on later for when we returned but it didn't (we literally went checked in and then left to go to a party) The place stank of weed when we arrived back in the early hours. Only 1 tea bag in a twin room. No tv remote so couldnt use tv in the morning. Room was still freezing in the morning. Decor was tired and carpet stained, bathroom grubby. Wish I could find more positive feedback...😔

Comfy bed.clean.

No power points near bed so no bedside lights. No heating apart from a rather slow mobile heater. Temperature was 15 on arrival and 2 hours later was 17. Leaky windows with a lot of street noise. Car park was around the back, shared and dark- was not prepared to leave my car there.

In town, so easy to get around from there. Parking across the road. Bay in front for unloading bags. Very helpful staff (red hair, didn't get her name).

The carpets, room and furnishings are tired and in need of renewal, to get a good score. Times are hard for hotels but a little more effort would go a long way. Shower wasn't clean and the sink taps need replacing, as the washers have gone, meaning that the choice is between a dribble and a gush which spills on to the floor. One might say "What do you expect for £80/night, but the next night we stayed in a Pub in Ludlow (£90/night) and that gets 5* across the board.

Only hotel in Leominster so didnt have much choice . Reviews weren't great but overall experience exceeded our expectations. Room was large and bed comfy. Staff were very helpful. Downside the pub side was lacking. Nothing alcohol free but even worse not a drop of wine in the establishment which is unacceptable. Breakfast and service was excellent

The bed was very clean and comfortable. Location of the Inn was good.

It was a bit chilly in the room so I asked what time will the heating come on. I was told 7.30pm, but it didn't come on at all or on the morning. The shower was either red hot or barely luke warm. No bedside table, probably because the room was very small. Skirtings needed a good clean. Carpet was stained.
