The room was spacious and light. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was strong! We slept really well despite being directly above the bar, and the food (dinner and breakfast) was amazing!!!

The room and staff was lovely. the biggest downfall was the lack of parking. It states there's private parking etc and outside parking but there was no parking, 1 space out the back but was obviously in use so had to park down some random round and then wake up at 7 am to move the car further away to a public car park was so a little annoyed about that.

Not much on the menu for vegetarians, and the menu was expensive. room for only two cars at the back of the hotel, then it's the car park a walk away

Room was lovely with comfy 4 poster bed Exceptionally clean Staff were great Plenty to choose from at breakfast with generous portions It was our second visit and the room was much nicer this time (Marlborough room) Good value accommodation

Maybe get rid of that grotty rug that bunches up stopping the fridge from closing ! The room was noisy until quite late as it’s just above the bar but earplugs are provided which helps a lot Parking is not always possible in the small car park and you might get boxed in but on street parking is free overnight

Breakfast that was included in the price was freshly cooked and fantastic quality My evening meal (chefs special) Pork Belly was wonderful Atmosphere on a Tuesday evening was wonderful
