A great welcome, the staff were friendly & helpful, the room was a good size, a little quirky (but it's a very old listed building), the bed was comfy, and breakfast was great

Location was great breakfast was really good and plentiful. Staff were helpful. Good value for money.

Carpet in room needs replacing floorboards creaking when walking on them in room . And bed valence a little dirty on bottom. Despite these few issues it was a lovely place to stay and would stay there again

What a wonderful surprise.A great little pub with wonderful food.We had both dinner and breakfast.Both were fresh ,hot and served with a smile. Harry and the rest of the staff were most welcoming.

Very central location in the heart of Marlborough with on street parking and a few off street spaces at the back of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and the room was clean with lots of hot water. Breakfast was enormous and very good but the range of cereals and pastries was tiny. Coffee was also very good but had to be ordered cup by cup. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The room was very small and could do with an upgrade and redecorating, and the TV was tiny with only terestial tv!! WiFi kept dropping out and the guest nextdoor could be heard easily. The dinner menu choices were not what I expected from a traditional, old school pub/hotel. The tables in the dining room were sticky and could do with a good clean!

Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room with excellent shower. Very friendly helpful staff.

Decent size room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. A character property. Staff friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast and value for money.
