The Black Hole

Great location near Winchester Cathedral and the Winchester Christmas Market. Spacious room with a view of the cathedral. Pub located next door which was very convenient. Very cool history. Breakfast was very good. There were also drinks and some snacks available in the evening. Park at the Chesil Street Multi Storey structure. 5 minute walk. It was very crowded when we arrived, but spaces were opening up all the time.

I found the bathroom was a little small, but that seems to be the norm in the UK.

All of the staff were lovely and helpful. Our room was spotless and breakfast was great.

So quirky, comfortable and very clean Great location for exploring the City Staff were fabulous and very helpful and friendly, we will definitely return

Tea and coffee available downstairs but would be nice to have items in your room for early morning cuppa

Really liked the quirky decor. Very clean, lovely fluffy towels and deliciouse breakfast with plenty of choice.

Only one downside, the pillows on the bed were very hard, other than that the bed was comfy.

Room was lovely as was breakfast. Great location and comfy bed noce to be able to help self to hot/cold drinks.

Nothing really. If was being really picky blinds in room quite dusty but could only tell in certain light.
