Had a very comfortable stay with my family (which included a 8 year old kid and 3 month toddler). The room in addition to the spacious bedroom also has a small living room (very useful in case you have to work, eat without disturbing others sleeping in the room) and a small kitchen area as well in case you want to self-cook. Mr. Balaji (property owner) was in touch with us right from the date of booking and ensured that the stay was perfect. We went to Kumbakonam to have specific temple darshans as we were traveling with kids and they were very kind , service oriented and accommodating our varying requests including providing suggestions on what temples to visit at what time and routes to be taken. Highly recommend.

Best hospitality by the owner couple Mr and Mrs Balaji. From booking till departure Balaji was taking care of us and providing right kind of support. The place and hospitality exceeds my expectations

We stayed in a family room for a night. The rooms , the bed in the property were very well maintained just like a hotel. The bathroom toilet was clean. Mr. Balaji and his team are very hospitable. He follows up with you right from the time you have booked till your whole stay. He arranged dinner for us even though we were late. If you want a quite place with hotel like rooms then you can give this a try.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu with my family, despite not being familiar with the local language. Our trip was made incredibly smooth and enjoyable, all thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the hotel manager, Balaji, and his wife. They provided us with a clean, secure, and well-maintained hotel room felt like home stay & that exceeded our expectations. What truly stood out was their assistance in arranging a cab for us to visit around 13 temples in the area. I must also extend my gratitude to Booking.com for recommending such a fantastic hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel in Kumbakonam for its exceptional service and the warm hospitality of its manager, Balaji, and his wife. It truly made our visit to Tamil Nadu a memorable one.

The property is indeed value for money. The staff were very polite and knew their job well. Special mention about Mr.Balaji (the owner) who was very much available for all support and was also very familiar with the temples around Kumbakonam, which really helped us. He also arranged tasty food that was budget friendly.

This is very good stay for family. Very accessible to the bypass. Hospital is very good by staff and the owner. Owner recommendations and guidance and help plan to compete the trip successful. His recommendations on the food during the trip was very helpful.

When I booked Kumbakonam inn for my recent trip to Kumbakonam from Australia, I was a bit doubtful if I had made the right choice. But my doubts vanished within half an hour of stay in the place. The property & the hosts were simply exceptional. The location, comfort, cleanliness & service, guidance on places to visit & food was simply superb. Hosts Balaji & Bhuvana are the loveliest people & made sure that everything was taken care of including the needs of my mobility impaired family member. Very accessible property. Definitely want to plan a longer stay next year. Would recommend this property to all my family & friends all over the world. Thanks Mr. & Mrs Balaji for this home away from home & not to forget the yummy yummy homely food. Keep up the good work
