Breakfast was excellent.

Finding the carpark, wasn't well signposted.

Excellent welcome and instructions. Staff are all very helpful. Room has a surprisingly opulent look. Large bathroom. Good supply of toiletries. Excellent overall hotel facilities and guest rooms.

Room was passable, although a fridge under the desk made it impossible to use the space as a desk.

Dinner was highly disappointing. The steak I ordered was neither fresh, nor of good quality. It was inedible. No concern shown by server when I raised my dissatisfaction; I even had to request that it was taken off the bill, rather than this being recognised or offered automatically.

Great pub! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a sandwich and a drink for lunch in the bar and breakfast was included in our room rate. Both were excellent, breakfast was cooked to order and lovely. Our room was small but had everything we needed and the shower was great. There was a very good live band in the hotel garden in the evening and the place was buzzing!

Cant fault anything really. It was the perfect base. Parking on site was a bonus and everything was within easy walking distance. Louth has lots of pubs, restaurants, coffee bars and shops. It is great for a short break

Breakfast excellent. Very good choice.

Centrally located in Louth. Good size parking at the back. Nice outdoor terrace area. Super helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and happy ( I was alone and a bit nervous of eating in the evening in the bar area, but there is a nice quieter restaurant area to one side). Good range of food served piping hot! Yummy. The breakfasts were excellent and served in a separate tranquil upstairs room.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Great shower power, but as it’s an old building there are quite a few stairs. But staff did help with my case as some staircases were quite near
