watching birds from the balcony, being able to book tours with the owner (by communicating via WhatsApp / WhatsApp Catalogue), quiet location near the river, cute dogs and cats nearby, comfortable beds, clean room

curtains too thin (you basically wake up by the sunrise each morning), funny smell in the bathroom

The hotel is a bit far from the center. The room has big windows and the curtains doesn’t cover well from the outside.
