Beimg woken up at 7 15 by the sound of a loud radio.

Friendly and welcoming staff who were very helpful with knowledge about Hereford. Location is very convenient for getting into city centre, and, on the right side of the city to access long stay car parks.

Big old local pub. Not too fancy but just right. Good parking. Great staff. Amazing chef! Room more than adequate. Decor nice and good ensuite. Large Comfy bed. We ate there for 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners and no complaints! Will recommend and return!

Very little to say! A slight drain smell from shower. Windows a tad tired but I’d rather say well loved!

Room was fine and the bed very comfortable. The very competent and flexible chef provided a breakfast exactly as I had requested. The manager allowed me to check in early because I had a wedding to attend in the afternoon and had no idea what time I would return. Her friendly and flexible approach was hugely appreciated

Loud fans outside the window. Bad smell from the shower drain, which did improve after showering. Loose handle on the shower door. Annoying green light on the fire exit, which stopped me from sleeping.
