"Dog friendly, convenient overnight stopping place on route back home from north England."

Comfortable bed and a nice breakfast which is included in the room price.

Charge for dogs is a bit steep compared to other places we have stayed. Room and bathroom could do with a bit of refurbishment.

"Not fancy but comfortable"

The people were all lovely, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the breakfast was very good.

The building is run down and tired, when we pulled up we were a bit skeptical but the welcome we received when we checked in made up for any concerns about the appearance.

Small room but nice decor and staff thanks :)

Very hot in room due to the exceptionally hot weather during our stay, but there was a fan provided so that helped a bit. No one's fault!
