Please note we have a limited number of dog friendly rooms available. To ensure a dog friendly room is available for your desired date, please call us before booking. Please note there is a £20.00 dog charge, per dog, per night. Hotel guests cannot be guaranteed a table for dinner at the hotel's restaurant, reservations are recommended. For Children up to the age of 12, we have Z-Beds available at £27.50 per child, per night. This tariff includes breakfast. Cots for infants are free of charge. "Overnight stay in May"

Attention to detail. Taylors tea bags, cafetiere with caffeinated and non caffeinated ground coffee in the room. Real toiletries rather than soap fixed to the wall. Harrogate spring water by the beds. A fan and iron in the bedroom without having to ask. Breakfast was super. Staff were great. And really dog friendly.

A little tired but nothing I didnt like. Excellent value for money.

"Fabulous Stay"

The stay was exceptional in the picturesque village of Ripley.The hotel.was quaint, quirky and rustic. The staff were polite, friendly, extremely helpful and the food lovely, we will be returning soon.

There was no air con or fans in the room which resulted in a very uncomfortabel, sleepless night in the 34 degree heat. My husband asked for a fan at reception but was told there weren't any.

"Quiet, comfortable stay in rural village"

Quiet, comfortable room. Staff all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, as was the evening meal (bought separately). Parking was good and close to the accommodation. Free access was given to visit the castle next door.

Wi-fi wasn't good. Apparently related only to the room we were in. Worth checking on booking that you are not being given that room.
