A comfy place if you're staying 1-2 nights. The bad: No kitchen or AC. Spotty internet in the rooms (DO NOT TRY TO WORK HERE, YOUR VIDEO CALLS WONT BE CLEAR). Limited staff. Not very good value for money

It was comfortable and well located.

The checking in was confusing because everything was online and no human beings available to get help and answer questions except later on the cleaning staff.

This accommodation ticked all our boxes for our stay in Medellín. The area was 10/10 had a multitude of great food places and felt safe. The toilets were kept immaculate by the staff and a hot shower with decent pressure in Colombia! Our ground floor room was a bit dark and could hear the cafe next door but not an issue for us. Would definitely recommend.

The 'don't have sex with minors' posters everywhere are so distasteful and weird. Everyday , waking , walking to my door and seeing the poster is a bad start to the day.

Nice big room with proper queen-sized beds. Very clean floors and shared bathrooms. It all feels new and modern. Best shower we’ve had after 1 month in Colombia! Hot, good water pressure and rainshower-type shower head. Bedside tables with reading lights and a small desk. They have a water kettle and free tea available in the common area, which is a nice touch. Excellent location- quiet road, big tree-filled park across the street, and plenty of wholesome hip cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Cafe Pergamino and the cafe next door. Flying Tree Yoga studio nearby.

Everything is concrete- floors and walls both in the rooms and common areas, and from room 5, we could hear people talking loudly in the common areas such as a digital nomad doing a 1-hr long work call without a headset in the common area. The sound echoes to certain rooms next to the common areas. It would be good if they could install some sound-absorbing panels or put up signs asking for people to talk softly in the common areas. The good thing is that after 10 pm (quiet hours), the building was very quiet. The fan in our room was loud but without use of the fan it gets stuffy. If I were the owners, I would paint the dark grey walls a lighter colour, as that makes spaces brighter and fee more spacious.

Several times the shower ran out of hot water, the rooms are bare and minimal with little to arrange clothes, the shared bathrooms are small and squeezed, often occupied. There's a general lack of welcoming.
