Casa Mosaiko Primer Parque Laureles

We loved the location in Laureles, many Cafés and Restaurants nearby, very spacious and comfy room/ comfy bed (we had the one with own bathroom, but the shared bathrooms also looked very nice and clean), warm shower ♥️, everything was very well maintained and clean, it looked very new and modern. The place is very calm and quiet, like a little oasis and you can make yourself free coffee and tea all day long, which was also great

Only things we did not like so much: the registration process took very long (self registration online, before you receive your room number and the code via message, no personal contact intended) and was a bit complicated. There was friendly staff around to help us out though and we could already access the living area and drink a coffee there, but it was a bit annoying and all of the other guests had the same “problem”. A Moskito net in the would have been nice, there were not that many Moskitos but still some.

Super cheap, clean and easy to organise and use, friendly cleaning staff to help you out without a receptionist. Nice spot just opposite the park. Would stay again if i have a couple of nights in Medellin - great value.

We had a private bunk bed room, the window didn't lock and it was quite small - but they accurately described the size in the profile and the window opened onto an internal courtyard. There were also secure lockers we could put smaller bags into - so still perfect for a night or two.

The common areas were always clean and it was a relaxing atmosphere, the balcony on the second floor was lovely. You can prepare coffee for free in the common areas by using a french press. Generally a very quiet place and comfy beds.

The check in procedure is kinda tricky as it is all online, there is no safe space to drop your bags if the room is not ready: just a couple of shelves which you cannot lock. There was moisture in the room.

No reception Is really disturbing! Otherwise it's a really good place.
