Good value for money, comfortable accommodation and good breakfast.

Location was excellent for enjoying a day on the mountain or exploring Harrietville and surrounding areas. Beautiful town. Accommodation was clean and great value for money.

Other guests were very noisy until late at night and staff were non responsive. Breakfast wasn’t ready for 6am start as stated (closer to 7am). Pillows were huge and hard. Rooms were cold at night. Bathroom/ shower was torture.

Perfectly located to catch the Dyson bus up Mt Hotham.

Beds were not the most comfortable, but great value for money.

Location and value for money was fantastic- 45 minutes ish to get up to Hotham Heights and 20 minutes from Bright. Queen bed was comfortable and amenities were clean and well stocked. Staff were lovely and helpful, heaters were provided and communal area was spacious and comfortable. Due to the shared nature of the property, if you get neighbours who aren’t respectful it can be a bit noisy but nothing major.

Disposable cutlery and plates were used which felt a bit wasteful. Shower head was hard to adjust and the shower curtain didn’t work well which meant the bathroom was always soaked.
