Mountain View Holiday Retreat

Location was excellent and the surroundings are great specially being so close to the river and being in center of Harrietville. So many fruit trees and flowers around. Common area is good and cafe is great as well. Environment is calm.

Cleanliness of the property specially the beds and toilet should be improved. There were mosquitoes in the room and toilet which don’t let you sleep easily. If these things can be improved, the experience of staying becomes much more enjoyable.

It’s nice, peaceful and just beside the Ovens River.

The beauty of the forest greens, the sounds of the water and wildlife. Short stroll to a Bakery which sells a great tasting vanilla slice

They could of vacuumed an dusted the rooms. Provided clean bedding which didn't have what appeared to be public hair over it. AND include the continental breakfast and activities such as the table tennis and snooker table which they originally had advertised at the time I made my reservation.

Very accomodating owner.

Great little room. Room was tidy and bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Coffee caravan out the front was very good.

Nothing to not like.
