Bellbird Hotel

The room was awesome, plenty of space, and the bed was comfy. The ensuite was beautiful and spacious.

Lack of cooking facilities in the room, I do understand we are above the bistro but maybe a microwave to heat up leftovers from downstairs?

Room was basic but well priced. Lovely old hotel with refurbished beer garden. Pizzas and cocktails were nice so we enjoyed our stay.

A bit of traffic noise as motorcycles seem to like this route.

My initial booking, which I had paid a deposit for, was cancelled by the venue or booking.com, without prior communication. I rebooked and paid for the new room in full, and was told after enquiring that my initial deposit would be refunded, as it was a processing error that they did not see the payment go through (as confirmed by email from booking.com) I have made multiple attempts to make contact to secure my refund but have not heard back from the venue or booking.com. Beautiful old hotel very comfy beds slept like a baby.Fresh coffee downstairs in the morning .way to go

No mirror in the room or water to fill room kettle

Friendly helpful staff ,comfortable bed, and nice room .Food was excellent too

Noise from neighbours fighting and swearing in room 11 next to me all hours of the night TV was off the wall on the floor

The room was clean and comfortable

I loved everything about our stay

The rate per night was very good, great friendly service & fabulous dining facilities… the food in dining area was lovely. Loved happy hour too

Perhaps add a hand towel in ensuite & floor mat for when getting out of shower ( safety)

No free to air television. Overhead light non functioning globe. No hot water in female bathroom.
